HAPPY HEARTS DANCE CLASS

**Thursday 26th March @ 6:30-7:30pm**

As part of The Happy Me Month, this week is all about movement for fun and we’re inviting you to join us for a special free Pilates workshop for children and adults.

This relaxed and welcoming session is designed for parents and children to move together, build strength, improve flexibility, and most importantly have fun.

Pilates is a gentle but powerful way to:

• Improve posture and core strength
• Increase body awareness
• Support balance and coordination
• Feel calm and energised at the same time

No experience is needed just come along ready to move, laugh, bring a mat and enjoy some quality time together.

Spaces are limited, so booking is essential.
